Confluence is open to students, aspiring entrepreneurs, early-career professionals (0–5 years), and creators who are serious about personal and professional growth. We look for intent and ambition, not a specific background or degree.
Confluence is a non-residential event. Sessions are held across three premium venues in Hyderabad between July 6-10. Participants are responsible for their own accommodation and travel. We're happy to provide venue details and nearby stay recommendations.
Your registration covers full 5-day access to all sessions and workshops, the Shark Tank experience on Day 4, the Corporate Gala at Shilpakala Vedika on Day 5, all mentor interaction sessions, YANC community membership, and your certificate of completion.
No. The Shark Tank simulation is a learning experience — you don't need an existing startup. You'll be given structured time to develop and present an idea. The goal is to experience the pressure of pitching and get real feedback, not to secure funding (though connections can happen).
Confluence is a curated cohort — seats are limited to ensure quality interactions and meaningful networking. We strongly recommend registering early to secure your spot. Early registrations also receive priority access to specific mentor sessions.
Yes. All participants who complete the 5-day Confluence experience will receive a certificate of completion from YANC. This can be added to your LinkedIn profile and resume.
